David is one of the top energy policy experts in Michigan. He came to MEC after serving a four-year tour in the US Navy, working as a design engineer in Grand Rapids, and earning a joint MBA/MS from the University of Michigan. He has been a central player in developing our energy policy goals and proposals and promoting them with business leaders, public officials, environmentalists, public health advocates, and the media.
